This place has horrible management, I have never been so horribly treated in my entire life. The lease is horrible, it it basically written to screw you over in everyway possible.
The model is nothing like the actual apartment, which is quite filthy. Upon arrival to my apartment, the floors were disgustingly dirty, which blackened everyone's feet. The carpets had not been cleaned and the walls had not been painted.
Roommate matching is a load of crap, as I was matched with a 26 yr old woman who I had nothing in common with.
My apartment was robbed, which brings into consideration of the safety issue. The gates in the front never close, so don't buy a gate opener from them.
My roommates decided to remove all of my things from the walls, throw my belongings out, and consume my groceries. Management not only refused to do anything about it, but my situation was mocked. The manager basically made fun of my other roommate and me because our things were thrown out and we felt unsafe in our own home. They refused to do anything. Breaking your lease is a problem because they keep the security deposit as well as make you pay just to get on the list to vacate.
The rooms are big, and it is an average college living area. But if anything goes wrong, the management is not there to help you or to be nice. Stay away from these people.
