I lived there for two years, and I had fights with them seemingly every month. Non-sensical pool view charges, crappy broken internet access that's capped at 250MB/day, defunct maintenance that take months to fix problems like the front door not fully closing. It just never ended.

You BETTER make sure you move in with people you know, because otherwise they'll put 26-yr-old thugs in there with you who don't go to UCF, barely work, leave the kitchen a rotten mess, and blast rap music all day and night. There was NOTHING my friend and I could do about it, because evicting that person would mean SciDr wouldn't collect a check that month.

I never realized how absolutely horrible it was until I moved into my own place and saw what a REAL apartment complex is like. Hell, they didn't even bother to clean the dump before my friend and I tried to move in. Is this kind of slum even legal'

Worst of all: They launched credit report attacks on me when I left because I refused to pay hundreds of dollars for tile damage from Hurricane Charlie. These people are sick, sick animals. If you move here, you deserve what's coming to you.
