So if you haven't heard all over the news there was 2 rapes here this past weekend. One was on the 3rd story where my bedroom is in the next buidling, the girls were held up at gun point. The first girl told the office about it and guess what! They didn't care.

I have a room mate from hell. She physically attacked me and I wanted to get a restraining order against her and the office said they wouldn't so anything about re-locating her. Me and my other 2 room-mates HATE her and they could care less. The funny part is that when we signed the lease they told us that if we had a problem we could switch room mates. what a LIE!

Also I do not feel safe here, the front door could easlily be broken into and when it rains our foyer is drenched.

There are parties that have kept me up till 4 AM and this happens about twice a week on school nights.

I have a psychotic neigbor who when he gets drunk he screams outside my window and one time I told him to shut the F up and he started to bang on my window... scary!

The gates they promised us are broken and aparantly have been broken for the past year and a half. safety right there

And the cop who drives around... he sits in his car like an idiot and the only thing he does is break up parties on weekends.

Everyone here has pets. I got a small dog and kept it on the DL and my room mate told on me and my other room mate. The charged us $250 and then gave us a notice of eviction with out even calling. What if someone took off the notices' Our stuff would have been moved out with out even knowing what was going on. Also there still are lots of dogs and cats here, one apt. has 3 pit bulls! and I know of a girl who works in the office who has 5 cats!! Where the hell are their fees and eviction notices'''' And now my poor puppy has to stay at my house 35 minutes away in a bathroom by himself because my parents work when he could be here with me. He did no damage what so ever, I paid the $250, and he weighed 3 lbs. Come on people! They want to evict me for that crap when someone physically attacked and hurt me and the could care less. NAZIS!

This place is a joke! Don't live here. Me and my 3 saine room mates are looking for a house now. We have lived here for about 4 months and we hate it already. Don't live here.

Also you will pay more then the $535 because we go over montly about $80 and we always turn lights off, etc. it's just them STEALING your $$
