I lived at science drive for about a year, and never really complained about anything while I lived there. I paid my rent every month on time, and I kept the place up very nicely, putting it into even better shape than the mess I first moved into. If a light went out, I replaced it myself. If the AC didn't cool the apartment and costed $300 a month, I accepted it. Loud parties and screaming outside at 4am on a Tuesday night' I just tried my best to ignore it.

When I moved out, I cleaned the bathroom one last time, vacuumed the carpet in the room, and made sure that it was in a better condition than I moved into. But a month after I left, when science drive called me up demanding hundreds of dollars in "damages" that I knew I had nothing to do with and couldn't afford, I refused to pay. That refusal was all it took for them to put up extensive complaints on my credit report, which will now remain there for the rest of my life, lowering my credit score and jeopardizing my chances to ever obtain an affordable car loan or even one day have a home of my own.

I'm just trying to start my life, and science drive didn't even hesistate to ransom my future off to me and then mercilessly exact their vengeance.
