Good for college students

This place has its pros and cons. It is very close to campus and the shuttle service is convenient and reliable. The maintenance staff performs quick, efficient repairs and the grounds are kept fairly neat. Like any apartment complex, noise can be a problem. I can hear the people above me walking around constantly (sounds more like stomping) and once in a while I can hear the neighbors beside me, too. There is the occasional party but not out of the ordinary for a college complex. The office staff is usually helpful, but don't ever expect to talk to the manager because she is also too "busy".

Although they promised that the apartment would be cleaned before move in, it was filthy. The carpet is nasty and the walls look dingy. Basically the apartments are run down by college students and management puts little money into the up-keep because they figure the next residents will just run it down again. So don't expect your apartment too look clean and new like the model.

My only major complaint is the recent breakins. There have been quite a few since I have moved in and I feel pretty unsafe here. After 12 breakins within a week, I didn't notice any extra security.

Apartment living comes with its problems, especially college apartment living. So, you can't hold your living experience there to very high standards. As far as college apartments go around UCF, this complex is decent.

Hope you put the dirty conditions in writing when you moved in or they will charge your deposit. Don't ever expect to hear from the "Manager Tiffany" (and I use the word Manager loosely) as that's the way it will always be. Don't bother to try to climb the corporate ladder either as the entire organization is relatively useless. I'm a parent and I'd never recommend this complex...PARENTS BE WARE FOR YOUR STUDENTS
