I've lived here for about 6 months and am very pleased!! It is a little pricy, but I think it is definitely worth the money! You have trash pick-up, 24 hour maintenance (which is amazing), free tanning (and a super nice tanning facility), friendly staff, it's furnished, HUGE walk-in closets, everyone gets their own bathroom/bedroom, and there is usually a cop at the front entrance. We had an incident at the beginning of the year where our washer flooded at like 12 AM, and maintenance was there within 30 minutes, they are awesome! Especially Elliot. My only complaint is the noise.. It's all college students, so I always here people partying at night. I am moving out in August because I want to live somewhere not college affiliated. If you don't mind paying a little more or having people partying around you, I would say live here! =)

You seem pretty chummy with the maintenance crew. They must be 'servicing' you pretty well.
