This management takes extreme advantage of its college tenants. Please read lease carefully before signing as they can throw you out for anything they want and you will have to have the money to fight them in court. They give no security deposits back and half is non-refundable. The non-refundable portion is probably illegal also since they are for water, electric etc. which the apartment complex must keep on anyway. Carpets are filthy and maintenance is poor. Paint is barely on walls, but rest assured they will charge you damages when you leave. This management complex needs to be exposed by investigative reporting. Don't rent here unless you want to throw your money away. You have no rights according to the lease.
