The village at science drive office staff could be bested by the algae that cover the lake around the office. they are inept, RUDE to the highest degree to residents, seem beyond under qualified and lack basic interpersonal skills and this is all on their best of days! Jessica is a pompus, snotty individual who should be 'right sized' and taught some manners. the apartments are fine if you plan on keeping them up, because nowhere in their budget will they allow any funds to fix a broken fan, or musty smell of a smoked in apartment until they charge you for it when you move out. My lighting fixtures were shorted out on move-in, and as for the apartment being cleaned' well maybe they changed the air filter....maybe.....No pets'! HA! in the building i lived in alone, my neighbors had 6 dogs in total. 6! that includes a pit bull! barked all the time, so much for that 'rule'. the fire alarm panel was going off during the week for 4 days! 4 days! and was not fixed until a day after I called the company! Mail takes an extra 2 days or so to get in your mailbox. there are no warnings of building cleaning, lawn maintance, so expect to be woken up on all odd days and times than given (if given any schedule at all). they refuse to reinstall the gate system that was originally installed because it was broken too many times. GET A BETTER GATE! THEN IT WONT BE BROKEN! motorcycles have been stolen right in front of a hired cop that sits at the entrance. the speed bumps are horrible and so is parking, especially for visitors. The "washer and dryer" provided in the apartment can wake the dead, and expect weeks at best to get any assistance fixing it. At times i even loaned the maintenance staff tools! The maintenance staff is a dream to deal with, but they cant do much because they are so under funded by the office. (thanks for trying elliot and miguel!)
Really and truly, the raccoons that dig through the trash would do a far better job running that 'establishment' than the current excuse for a management staff does. I cant say enough about how The Villages at Science Drive in Orlando is run. you really have to experience their inept staff to truly grasp this.

I really couldn't agree with you more about everything that you said here. Jessica, wow. I've delt with her many times before. As a former resident of The Village, I can say that I'm happy to not have to deal with her rudeness anymore. I'm currently in the process of trying to reclaim my entire security deposit. Ugh.
