The management is terrible!! They are not flexible at all, do not want to help you out at all. They treat the residents like children and the only way to get anywhere is if your parents get involved or you threaten to get a lawyer. They up the rent a significant amount each year, and they do not give you anything more for your money. I have lived here for 3 years (regrettably) and they refuse to make one exception or help me out if I am a DAY late on my rent. They expect you to clean EVERYTHING when you move out and STILL charge you for it if it's "dirty." The only good thing about this place is the floor plan... and it's not worth it.

Agreed. The floor plan is great, but as you said, definitely not worth the struggles that you endure along the way.
