I have lived here for 2 years because it is easy to live in having utilities included in the rent and it being furnished. You also get cable with HBO. Having said that I still think they place is just okay. Maintenance is okay. Parking is as bad as it gets though, especially visitors.

Utilities are included up to a point. If you go over, you pay the difference. Living here, I always went over and my roommates and I were extremely thrifty with energy. You also get cable with HBO at many other places (River Park is great). Maintenance is a disaster. My air conditioning was broken on and off for the two years I lived there. Parking is horrible, as he stated. I wonder why he didn't explain why he was moving out, if it was a good place. Office staff was rated low, but he didn't even discuss it in his review. That's a red flag. Parents, don't put your children through this nightmare. Contact me and I'll give you the full rundown about this place.

::cough:: give an extremley biased rundown of this place ^. I aggree with this review that it is great step up from out of the dorms. It's great not having to worry about paying seperate bills for utilites every month. They did just double there parking in case you havent been there in a while which was much needed. People's thoughts of "thrifty" energy usage vary wildly. When you live in the dorms and don't have to pay any type of energy bill you don't realize the wastfullness of your habbits. I hear of many people every month who dont even have overages. Office staff is VERY underrated in my opinion. They get treated like dirt because of there age even though they work harder then some people twice there age. There's a reason they fill up quick every year and I don't think it's from the reviews that the guy above me is writing... Just food for thought.

They actually doubled their visitor parking a couple weeks ago so it's way better now.
