this place is a total nightmare. more often than not my maintenance requests don't get fixed. the roof leaked for an entire week and their only solution was to give me a comp. carpet cleaning. my apartment smells like mold and constanty has roaches and spiders. The walls are paper thin, and if you live in an apartment next to the stairwell your walls shake everytime a person walks up or down the stairs. when I went to renew my lease last year I was charged $30 a month more than people who were just starting to live in the community, AND they were given two free months just for moving in. this place is horrible! I don't feel safe anymore and the office doesn't care at all. I see the police here on a weekly basis. do yourself a favor, don't move here!
