Lived there from Jan 96 to October 96 or so. Moved there after living across the street at Vista Way while on the college program. Had 2 roommates. Thought the apartments were pretty nice. Loved my room since it had it's own patio(would have been better if not on the first floor). Pretty much close to alot of things. Grocery store just about 1 mile down the road in Kissimmee. Gas station right outside the exit. Disney nearby. Wish I still lived there.

Service was a little bit lacking. Air conditioner went out in July when I had visitors. Had hardly ever used it until then and it goes out. They claim if maintenance doesn't show up within 24hrs then you get a few dollars out of your rent. They didn't show up for like 2 days and I didn't get my bonus. Took them a day or 2 to fix.
Also had problems with the disposal. Every so often it would just back-up and when you used the dishwasher, water would cover the floor. They kept fixing it and fixing it. Then one day I come home and had a brand new dishwasher. They did good on that one.
