Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
We live here for over a whole year now, and never had a problem with the office or the maintenance staff, as amatter of fact 02 of them are neighbors. About 02 weeks ago we moved from a 02 bdr to a 03 bdr and a week later the maintenance staff was doing a pressure clean job on the stairwell, I asked Frank the maintenance guy if he could pressure wash one o my patios (we have 02!!), and he was very prompt, even before they finished their stairwell job they went out of their way to help me on my apt. Thanks guys !! Thumbs up overall.
The location is great.
