i took my mother to the vinings to rent a apt, and the lady she talk to was very nice and help full,she brought the paper work home to fill out and brought back the next day, and the nice lady wasnt there, she had to deal with a guy name spanish guy, well he's a fast talker, didnt tell my mother crap, anyway she told them a move in date, he's write it for a month earier and did tell her, mother gets home and see the mistake and call them and they tell her well they can't hold a apt that long and so forth, they point is they pulled a fast one on a older woman, no wonder why they cant get anyone to rent from them.. nice place but the guy sucks in the leasing office..
