I have lived in this complex for almost five years. It's convenient to I-4, 417 and 528, so it's easy to get almost anywhere quickly. The management staff is efficient and friendly, and the head maintenance guy is great. He's been with the property for over five years. The hurricanes cleared out some of the older trees and the golf course buffer, but the landscaping is still beautiful. I have noticed parking issues in a few areas of the complex (specifically by buildings 1-3), but most areas have plenty of close parking. The hurricane did very little damage to the buildings- mostly cosmetic and repaired quickly. Also, the washer/dryer in every unit is very convenient. Every year before I renewed my lease, I checked other apartments in the area and I've always felt the Vinings was the best choice. Since the hurricanes brought down many of the trees on the golf course, people can clearly see the buildings from the street, and occupancy is so high that they have almost completely eliminated move-in specials. I moved to another building in January and had to wait an extra month and a half to get the location I wanted. If you're interested in moving here, visit them early!
