I have lived at the Vinings since May of 2002. When Trammel Crowe owned it, it was fine. They offered discounts to Disney people, the staff was helpful and friendly. Since the ownership changed and I moved from a 1 bed to a 2, things have gone way down hill. Rent has increased way too much with each renewal. Deals for hospitality employees or for signing a 12 month lease have evaporated. Noise in the pool area is always a problem and calling the courtesy officer is a joke. Should be called the rude officer who then does nothing. The staff is only there to take your money. Buyer beware!

Try contacting Archstone's corporte office. Actually all of the top management of Archstone BOUGHT the residentail side of trammel crowe and chranged the name. But I too had problems at another Archstone property. I callled the corporate office and things were done nearly immediately. Also they offered us a discounted application fee, but if you scout the area theirs is still way chaeper than all the others!
