I have lived here for 3years now, and before the place was bouth by Pinacle it was a great place to live. IT used to be a very nice community, however once management changed, about 1 year ago, it went from bad to worst. I was about to break my lease because everytime I would get home with my two small children there would be a drug deal going on in front of my apartment. I talked to the office about it, who pretty much did not take me seriously until i went pshyco on them and asked to either move me from that apartment or I would break my lease. There was one time that someone nocked on my door and asked for drugs, I told him I was calling the police who did nothing because they said I had no proof. When the staff finally decided to change me from that horrible living situation, I ended up in an apartment that I pay $1300/month with a big stain on the carpet and neighbors that are worst than the ones I had before. They are really renting the apartments to anybody and it's horrible. Very expensive, the gym is a joke. Used to be an awasome place to live until Pinacle took over!

I have a question. Why did you stay in the complex if is so bad , you could get another apartment for less money

I would like to know the number of the building that you live before you move out to another apt., i mind, my question is what building is the most unsafe and unsecure.

To tell you the truth, I didn't feel safe in the building I was living before and I don't feel safe on the building I am now, so I think it's a matter or the whole community. Like I said on my review, I loved living here 2 years ago, however since the management has changed it's gone from bad to worse...I will tell you one thing dough, Ricardo is the best person in that office, he is always kind and nice and he try to help the best way that he possibly can. HE deserves a raise for putting up with everyone else there. So Cindy if you are reading this, Ricardo is awsome!
