New management took over about 8 months ago and everything went downhill. The new building colors are very horrendous. The parking is terrible. If you come in after 9PM - good luck finding a spot remotely close to your apartment. We have recently received a letter at our door notifying us of several apartment break-ins. When I first signed my lease 4 years ago, they did a background check - now they should advertise "criminals welcome". Maintenance takes 2-3 days to fix simple problems - instead of 2-3 hours. 4 years ago, I was very happy living here, but now, I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
