I stayed at Vista from November 04 to January 05 in a 2 bedroom apartment, I?m one of the ICP kids.
The apartment itself was nice and comfy and even when the rent added up to over $1200 a month between the four of us it had all the basic needs someone might need.
I could feel some noise in my apartment but I got one of the ones surrounding the Basquetball courts, not all are like that. Besides, noone really goes to bed before 1 am there so, no biggie.
