Vista Way is a two way street. If you're over 21 and can legally drink, it's probably OK. If you're under 21, it's really a bore and more of a security hassle.

18-20 year olds are generally placed in dry apartments, which means eviction from the apartment and removal from the college program if you are caught with any booze in the place. They will do periodic announced inspections of apartments to ensure compliance with apartment regulations and ensure cleanliness.

As for amenities, they are certainly not bad. Two pools, hot tub, tennis court, volleyball court, weight room, and basketball courts, as well as free rentals of cleaning equipment for your apartment (BIG plus!!!)

The apartments are WELL maintained for being 20 years old and are constantly being upgraded.

Apartment staff are generally OK...Security can vary from ambivalent to anal-retentive. Basically not the party atmosphere it was known for in the '90s.

Still, if you want a clean, comfortable, and very secure place to live while you're on the CP, Vista Way is certainly not that bad.
