I have lived in this complex for many years, and unfortunately have seen it go down hill. It has a lot of footage, but that is the only bonus. They are older, and they show their age. The office staff is nice, but very poor with follow through. They don't seem to pay much attention to evident problems in plain view and take a while to act on problems brought to their attention. There is a bad problem with stray cat, you will find them everywhere. Problems with the plumming, no hookups - just old. Yes it is close to everything, but with all the other choices locally, you'd be better going somewhere else. The price and the space are the only thing going for them.
