I had come across these apaartments in popular apt. mag. I was impressed so i decide to check it out on my own.when i first came in a took about a min or two beofre a hello or can i help you was said. Ok so the girl was busy making copys. I'll let it slide.while i waited to be helped a tenate came in slightly irate. Now i understand some poeple complain about every single little thing, but i dont blame this guy for being so upset. The guy had put a work order 3 days ago for his tub to get fixed. In the mean time he was having to scoop out water from his tub just so he could shower with out it over flowing. ok not good. The girl didnt handle it bad but she could have sounded like she cared a bit more. Another guy had to come in to get a new ac filter(no biggie). while on the tour same guy came in to let the girl know he had to call the police on his neighbors. The girl turned to me and had to explain that he had bad neighbors. I',m thinking if you know theyre bad evict them or something. on the way back from the tour some guy came all upset that debre and garbage had been left in front of his apts. this place may be good for some people but not for me!

I also have to agree with this one as it took me to 2 months to get any response from a work order. Now they are going condo The apts are old not worth the asking price and need to be professionally exterimated by orkin not some amatuer who lays traps. sprayed and tented. Dont buy a condo there go across the street more apt less money. less headache.

I live in Waldengreens now and leved across the street before this, they are not worth their asking price either now that they are condos, and the 1BR at least was smaller there.
