Lighting to the parking entrances has been out for many months, with no one in any rush to fix them, giving ample areas for any would be mugger to hide, right next to the lynx bus stop.
Maintainance all depends on the workforce, staff come and go all the time, some are very good others not so good, all maintainace is done on the cheap until total failure when it will be replaced with reconditioned or new.
Rents are getting expensive at $635 for one bed, although lots of others are paying much less, like $540 for the better 1st floor vaulted ceiling apartments, not sure how they got these cheaper rents.
Seems the owners have a tie in with a towing company, if your tag is out by a day they orange sticker it and tow 24hrs later charging $150 to get your car back, you have to also prove you have valid insurance and tag to gret it back, aparently they auction the vehicle one month after towing if not collected.
Not that I have ever had an out of date tag, but for this reason alone we will not renew our lease this time.
