Never again.

Ok I have lived here for a few months. It is 03/05 and I can not wait for my lease to be up. When I moved in it seemed not all the bad. HAHA!! that changed really fast. Within the first month my tub would not stop leaking a lot of water and my air went out. I went for a week without any sort of air in my apartment at all. The office said they would let me use one of their fans. WOW!!!! THank you!!!! How about you fix it' Took 3 times of people coming out to fix it. This place was built in 1971.
A few months passed then I heard a thump every 30 seconds in my bathroom and mold just showed up all over my shower within 2 days. The water from the toliet from up stairs was dripping onto the cieling in my bathroom then dripping threw into my tub. A month later that was fixed. When I was cleaning the massive amounts of mold out of my tub afterwards, my hand went threw the tile. THATS RIGHT!!! THREW!!! THE!!! TILE!!!. Knocking a tile out falling into my tub. The drywall was soooo rotten and nasty it had finaly collapsed. Well that is where I sit now. That happened 2 months ago and there is still a whole in my wall. I have told the staff about it many times and a person has been out once but that was amonth ago and they didnt even touch it. There is plenty of more stuff but thats enough from me. Save your money and buy a house. Dont even think twice about moving here. The only reason I did is because it was cheap while I was in school and I was waiting to get a house. NEVER AGAIN!
