SLUMS! Amelia and the office staff are horribly rude and dismissive. People have all kind of junk on their patios, from TVs to couches to exercise equiptment to three-week old garbage. Someone got shot a couple months ago two buildings over, lots of crime in the general area. Buildings have been painted in a HIDEOUS color scheme, while insides are being superficially redone. My ceiling is still collapsing from the 2004 hurricanes, but got painted over! These builings are moldy and old and should be demolished. Jacuzzi covered in CAUTION tape. Pool often closed. Laundry room always has out of order machines. Broken lighting fixtures all over property. Work orders never honored. After three years, NEVER got the peeling paint shards in shower repaired. Never got fire alarm repaired....isn't that illegal of them' Constant blaring salsa and rap music at all hours. I could go on all day.
