I have been living at waldengreen for a year. I have had constant pest problems, there hasnt been a pest control man in sight. The garbage bin is disgusting overflowing with trash and piles of old furniture, The pool is green and has recently been closed by the health inspectors. They have no emergency maintenence , my toilet is overflowing and there is no one to call. Oh and the laundry matt is constantly out of order. This place blows! i do not reccommend it to any one. They plan on turning this place into condos, who the hell would buy one of these dumpy ass units. It needs to be demolished.
