I've been living in this apartment for a year and a half. Since day one, nothing has gone right. The staff talks down to you, tries to fine you for anything they legally can and refuses to help with the growing list of issues. We were told that there was a pest control company that follows a schedule for all the apartments, that the laundry was open 24hours and that the pool was open every day of the week. They lied about the pest control. We had to call and go down a few times to get the person to come over. When they changed owners; the laundry was shut down and locked. It stayed that way for months, with no hot water as the excuse. And the pool... well right now it's so green that the saftey lights from the under the water can't even be seen in the dead of night. The staff is never, and let me place emphasis on never, in the office. Except when it's time to collect rent. Go figure.

The maitnence is no better. The raised the rent, painted the buildings in these ugly colors and removed the benches from the fronts of each building. They had to paint my door five different times. And when they sent someone, they didn't even knock or ring the bell; they just barged in and started painting. They traked paint all over the floor and carpet and got an attitude with me when I told them I was taking pictures so the company couldn't charge me for the damage. The AC went out for a week, the water a day and they don't control solicitors. Someone attempted to break in my mailbox and when I informed the staff about the issue, they assured me it would be taken care of asap. 2 months later I finally had to drag out Rachel to the mailbox and prove to her no work to fix it had been attempted. Then when the guy who changed the lock gave me the key, he insulted me by saying I was demanding and I knew who tried to break in the box, further saying I only wanted to see him get in trouble.

The walls have orange water marks from the leaks. The carpet in front of the closet that holds the AC is yellowed from a leak. The toliet isn't bolted down, the windows don't close all the way. The let 7 people move into a one bedroom unit. The property has no saftey lights after 4am.

There is a bullet hole in a window two units down from me. My car has been broken into. They don't mow the lawns. They don't fix the pot holes. The garbage area reaks, and is crawling with rodents. It's always overflowing and the pot holes near it are filled with sewage. Everything in the gym is broken and defaced. The pool. before it was locked down, had caution tape everywhere.

Bugs and rodents are seen everywhere. They have unfinished construction work, and leave the giant bins in which they use to dispose of the trash sitting, overflowing.

When they finally do get to the buisness of being landlords, they leave notes on your door about various things and state that if you keep them from doing so, you'll be fined. They have no respect for anyone's personal schedule. A neighbor leave his trash out his door for weeks on end, I place mine outside for a min to go back in and lock my screen door and the next day I have a note saying I'll be fined if it happens again.

This place may have be by a mall and bus route, but given the lack of proper managment and normal duities found in running a complex, this place is not worth 300$ a month, let alone what I pay. I will be breaking my lease, I will write a letter of complaint to the proper people and send a copy to the staff as well.

Slum lords run better apartments.
