I have not had problems with the staff yet. They did have a problem returning call to say when the apt would be ready. I have not seen any bugs. I was happy with my apt until I found out I can hear everything going on in the apt. beside me and above me. I can even here when the person above me pees yuck. Also when they walk it sounds like the place is being tore down. Its so noisy, and I feel like I got no privacy because I know the can also hear me. Lived in many apt. but non this noise.
