Yes, they are old and there is a pest problem and some of the appliances need to be replaced. My apt. is in a quiet space, no one is beneath me. I've got one neighbor that's quiet. The new staff are quite prompt (especially if you call everyday nicely). I had a lot of problems in the beginning but once I called for repairs they were cool with me because I was nice to them. I got what I needed :). I pay $645 which works for me and I'm willing to deal with the minor issues. But as far it being quiet I'm in the right spot for it. I'd recommend it for the low rent price. I feel comfortable here and I like where I am I don't plan on moving anytime soon. They could use a different paint color and whatever they plan on doing to improve this place needs to happen faster. Some neighbors need to clean up ther patios, which would make the outside look a liitle more presentable. The auction signs need to be removed from the vacant apts. They need to clean up the vacant apts. for new tenants in the future rather than waiting for them to move in. Its looks tacky and condemned.
