I lived there for one year and it was horrible. We had ants that we couldn't get rid of. There was no pest control, we were told we couldn't get screens for our windows so we had to run the A/C year round. Our last month there we had a leak in our bathroom we put in a work order for maintenance to fix it and they never did. So for the whole month we had water all over our bathroom floor, the ceiling was falling down, the wall pain was bubbling and draining by the light switch. Since they had gotten rid of the Manager there was no manager for me to talk to in order to get the situation fixed, so i held the rent until I could talk to someone, and I was hit with an eviction notice by a lady that didn't even work there, she was a helper. And now I have an eviction on my credit for the next 7 years because they couldn't keep managers, and they didn't deliver noticies like they were supposed to, and they just plain don't care about their tenants. Ask around, everyone will tell you that WaldenGreen apartments aren't worth the hassle or the money!!!
