do not move here!!! these apartments are going downhill slowly but surely. They are having a hard time keeping a maintence so theres months of backed up repairs. plus if you have a problem good luck because half the time they dont answer the phone and the emergency phone number sucks. ive lived here for 10 years and never have had my rent late and just because the time changed i was charged 50 dollars when i promised i would bring it after work. at the park and on fences theres gang signs that stay there for months without even being taken care of. the communication with the office is very untolerable. gangs such as the latin kings the crips and the cee fays live around and do artwork all over the place and its very easy to tell were they live but i guess money comes first before the safety of the residence. cars get stolen or sometimes if your lucky only your stuff gets taken. sometimes they even dump cars from other places here. security lights take forever to be repaired as well as the street lights too.the lake is very dangerous it is dirty has trash in it and around it and a girl that lives here had to have a surgery on an infection because she fell on a rock near the lake. also the pool deck is about10 years old and is rusty falling apart and nails are popping out on sunday i went to the pool with my little sister and she was on the deck and a nail went right through her foot now isnt that inrecklessness and indangerment to not only the children but others residence too.i cant wait to get in a house and move!!!!!!!!!

Whoa. I can't even see how you stayed there that long. I would've went crazy but I guess you have to do what you can. The bad thing about it is you have all these postings within the same month then you have the wataugarenter who hadn't even stayed there for a year who is trying to tell people who stayed there for more than 4 years about the community.
