me and my bestfriend have been living here for 3 months and only had problems. for 3 days we didn`t have any heat when it got cold, and no hot water. all this just because a maintenance came to check our air and broke a water pipe without letting us know. now the rent has gone up 5%. they didn`t even let us know what the amount was. just that is was 5% more.
the staff here is very ignorant, they don`t care if a person is unhappy as long as they receive their money on time.
security is very low. in a month a lady got attacked at the entrance taking her garbage out. and while me and my friend were in the pool a armed guy was running loose in our complex.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!!!

No hot water happens when you dont have your gas connected or you dont call in to have your water heater lit. the ac is no where near water pipes. I remember when I got the rent change letters if you read them they would have made sense. The final one had the rent amount on it. The 1st one said the increase could be up to 5%. This place would probably be better with people who were competent living here.

Um your air unit inside is next to the kitchen sink there are pipes in there I know because the same happened to me then it took them two years to fix the whole in the wall corecctly.There was no second letter sent out after the 5% increas letter..You have no clue whats going on in your office just like they never sent a letter saying watauga was now a pet friendly community..Do you not keep copies in the office of all the letters you send out??
