THEY CHARGE 150.00 TO GET THE PLACE READY WASHER AND DRYER OLD AND DIRTY. THE DOORS AND LIGHT FIXTURES ARE FALLING DOWN. STOVE IS STILL BROKEN. TO TOP IF OFF THE NOISE FROM UPSTAIR IS UNBEARABLE
LIKE LIVING UNDER A HERD OF ELEPHANTS. OFFICE DOES NOT CARE. I JUST MOVED IN AND I AM PROCESS OF MOVING OUT AS WELL AS CONTACTING A LAWYER TO GET DEP BACK. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

The rent hasn't gone up $80 that's just a lie. The way it was explained to me is the same on the lease. you want cheap rent there are some things that come with that. The rent may change but it has to be approved by the state not the company.

Rents at Watauga Woods change annually based on the median income for the geographic area. Over the past several years we have seen rents increase slightly (approximately 3%) but we also experienced rent decreases in some years. Watauga Woods has never incurred a rent increase of $80 in one year. We hope that this renter has taken the steps to better understand his/her lease charges since this posting. As this posting is anonymous we can not follow up on the claims made here but we would like all to know that we are committed to repairing any item that is not functioning. A certain amount of noise from other homes is to be expected in any multifamily environment however, if one of our residents find the noise to be out of the ordinary, we do take steps to remind neighbors about our "Good Neighbor" policy. We find that, most times, neighbors are unaware that they are disturbing others and are quick to cooperate. |
