i`ve been living here for almost 9 months and cannot wait until my lease is up . the staff here is horrible noyone cares about your problems and actually fixing something is a hasle for them. 2 months ago i had a package coming in from out of state , was at the office everyday to clam it and i never received it i checked online and it confirmed that it was sent to watauga and they received it. but noyone called me to pick it up. now my package is nowhere to be found.and to tell you the truth they really didn`t care. when i first got here i had my car scratched and garbage put in my fiances truck . don`t try calling the emergency people because they will brake something and fixing the problem will only be an issue that will never finish because the staff won`t help. good luck if you`ve already made the mistake of living there. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

You are mad because you were not called for a package that was never found to be in the office? Did you ever prove that somone from the office really signed for it and not someone outside. The only problems I have had w/ the staff is the leasing agent she seems a little spacey and there was no maint for a while so my stuff was broken for a few weeks. The people in the office did tell me up front that they were having staff problems though. Other than that the other people seem like they are trying really hard to fix the place even though the neighborhood around isnt the greatest.

wataugarenter YOU WORK HERE!!!!!! Because the office staff is a joke,you can never get them,they lie and tell you the manager is in a meeting when shes in her office alone nor does she return phone calls shes affraid of her residents and wont handle them herself she puts them off onto her asst whom never knows whats going on either..Major lack of communication and skill as well as lack of caringness for their residents.In the years that I have lived here this office staff is the worst

I know that Marie33 is telling the truth because I had the same problem. My husband is in the Navy and he sent me some roses. I never got a note on my door telling me that I had a package and actually I do think I would've known if my husband hadn't ask me did I get a package. He actually had to go back online to where he shipped them from and make sure it was sent. He found out that it arrived days earlier so he told me to call the office and ask if there was a package there for me. Guess what there was but the office hadn't put a note on my door.
