I have lived at watauga woods for almost a year. It seems to me that the people that have had problems have caused the problems. I read my lease and all the papers and follow the policies so I havent had any trouble. The rent went up about $20 since I moved in but its still a better deal than the dump across the street.

Are you kidding me ive been here 5 years and if I could afford it I would have moved a long time ago.Ive never been a problem not one and now they wont renew my lease and they give me no reason why and only 30 days to move what,I have a family,for 5 years they never had a problem with me and now this. I am not the only resident with many issues that will be posted on every site like this one.Residents that have lived here for 13 yrs just moved because of how bad its gotten.Give me a break you must work for the company or have no clue what goes on in the community or your office...

U really expect people 2 believe that you never caused problems and all of a sudden they want a good resident to move,u are only fooling yourself. U may need to look in the mirror if u r looking for someone to blame. Misery loves company.

Wataugarenter you have not lived there long enough to understand where the person is coming from. I definetly see why you would say that it's must better than the place across the street because that defintely was a dump.

Is true!! I don't see nothing wrong with these apartments. The office will take care of those that cause no problems, pay rent.... on time and follow rules. Maybe you guys are the ones that make the apartments sooo. If you don't like them, hit the road Jack!!!!
