From the start I've had nothing but issues. I too had the pleasure of moving in with my son and an infestation of roaches. Not in exaggeration. When I tell you roaches I mean roaches. I had to personally bomb the place twice and plea with management to move me into another apartment which they denied. The issue was managed eventually with weekly pest control. Then comes the summer and my air conditioner breaks. It take approximately 1 week to fix because someone else had a more serious issue (another tenants ceiling caved in from the apartment above her had a water leak). No smypathy from management during this time. Finally, just yesterday 3/29/07, my bank notifies me that the security deposit refund issued by Watuaga Woods bounced!!!! Now today I have been calling both Watauga Woods and Concord Management and no one is their to answer the phone!!!!!


My advise: Pay higher rent somewhere else do not fall for there lower rates its not worth it!!!!!!
