When I first moved in it seemed like the officer's workers were so nice of course that eventually changed. The only person who I liked to deal with there was Pam. She was the most courteous person every at least to me. I stayed on a floor apartment where I constantly had to deal with the upstairs neighbor allowing her son to jump up and down making noise continuously. The only time it was quiet was when they weren't home. I didn't like that the playground was insufficient for my children to play at. The garbage can is usually right in front a little bit away from the entrance which is very unattractive. They did make you pay a prep fee for the next tenant to move in which I didn't agree with at all. This apartments are not luxury apartments so I didn't see a need to make anyone pay a prep fee. I had a maintenance problem with my bathroom where the knob simply came off so I had to use a tool to turn the water on and off and how about they never came to fix it. I would only recommend this apartment to someone if it is a temporary place to live meaning no more than a year.
