I have lived in Watauga for a year and half. I have to agree that the staff at the management office and maintenance staff is great. The staff has been cooperative. The apartment is great and the stores are very close to get by. There is access close for the Public Bus. This place is good and the schools close by too. I am a Person with Disabilities, a widow and a mother but I manage to do the things I need to do for our family because the property is close to everything super markets, Healthcare, Downtown Orlando, etc. Both High School and Middle School district schools are grade A school district. For me is peaceful and the price is perfect for a great beautiful apartment.
