Okay I am a tenant at Watuaga and NO, I am not managment so before anyone starts yapping that my review must be done by someone in the office, negative.
Anyway, I LOVE my apartment.
The price is great, and as far as the office staff and maintenance, I called at 11am on a Sunday about my hot water not being hot enough and the maintenance guy was there in and out, problem solved in 10 minutes.
As far as bugs go, haven't seen any in the entire time I've lived here so let's be real people.
No place is perfect especially a place where your rent is 600 a month so if you have to deal with a few minor issues deal.
But don't make the place sound like the ghetto, because if that's how you think you must have a VERY different idea then I do as to what constitutes the ghetto.
PS I will say this, the light above the door, yea, that is kind of annoying, but I have a simple solution, ready, here it goes, buy curtains tada! =)

im considering moving there. ive lived close to lakes before and i know sometime bugs come out and bug us. what part of the complex do you live hat there arent any bugs please let me know. my email is emsgirl31@hotmail.com

I live right across the street from the pond. The only bugs I've had a problem with in my apt are mosquitos but that's only if I leave the door open for too long. The complex sprays monthly for bugs (more if you request it) and if you want to talk to someone in the office ask for Thelda, she's awesome and trsut me, she doesn't BS you!
