I have lived at WB for over a year now.

The rent is affordable, the grounds are kept clean, its quiet most of the time, and maintenance is prompt and on-call 24 hours.

The downside is that WB charges $70.00 for basic cable from BrightHouse, $49.00 a month to have a washer and dryer in the unit, and your water bill must be paid together with your rent otherwise you will be charged a late fee.

Thats $562.00 rent for a one bedroom, plus $119.00 for cable and W/D, and whatever your water bill comes out to be thats about $700.00 total.The staff has changed a few times since I lived here.

Forget about getting someone on the telephone, you have to go to the office personally.
