I have been a resident here going on 3 years...at first it was great b/c of the price you are quoted, but guess what' I have NEVER paid the quoted price because for one reason or another the rent increases. Not only that but I have issues within my unit that I have been waiting on for months to get fixed, AND I had to file a report with the sheriff on a resident..and they still are living there, and trust me it had to do with a situation that is NOT tolerated anywere you live..so b/c of this Im looking for another place. I find now that the saying you get what you pay for truly exists when it comes to this. Anyone who lives here..unless you have 30 relatives that need to live with you and not be on the lease, and you have DOGS you shouldn't have...you won't fit in.
