I've been living here since May of 2007 so I'm going on my 6th month and so far so good. I have had the typical apartment problems such as roaches and my car stereo did get stolen but I'm not going to blame it on the property! The roach problem has greatly improved since they fixed my gaping door and increased pest control and this was the 2nd time my radio was stolen, the first time was when I lived with my mom in a decent neighborhood, so I know it's not the property's fault! All you people need to stop blaming the apartments and look at what YOU can do to decrease criminal activity in your area.
Ever since I moved in the staff has been very friendly and extremely efficient and timely. They even called bright house networks for me to get my bill credited when the internet wasn't working. The only thing that may need improvement in this apartment is the cost of cable, it's ridiculously high. Everything else is peaches and cream... from a REALISTIC point of view! The apartment complex can only do so much people.
