The neighborhood is pretty quiet compared to other apartments that I've stayed in. The children in the area are pretty good for the most part and you rarely see people hanging out in front of the buildings like in other communities. I've been living in this community for almost 3 years and my major problem was the exterior of the buildings. They were VERY poorly maintained. Of course, the front apartments look beautiful because they want to trick people into moving in, but once you get toward the back of the complex you will see windows missing shingles, mold&mildew on exterior walls, mold on brick and doors and the paint was faded and chipping for two and a half years! But the good news is that they are currently painting the buildings from a dull blue color to a nicer beige color and they're painting the doors black, which I think looks more elegant.

PARKING-I've never really had a big problem w/ parking since I only have 1 car. The only time I've encountered parking probs was in the weekends late at night when other residents have guest coming to visit. The office is pretty good at getting rid of cars w/o parking permits.

OFFICE STAFF-The office staff is extremely friendly and kind. The only problem is getting a hold of them through the phone.

Neighbors are quiet and to themselves, which I don't mind. Except for my downstairs neighbor who is a WITCH to say the least. I have a small child w/ a developmental disability and she complains about any little sound he makes. She called the office on me twice and exxagerated the noise my child makes.

I think contacted the office and complained about how when my son jumps on the bed at 4pm she grabs a broom or something and starts banging on the ceiling. The office understood my point of view and told me that they will talk to her because she is not supposed to be banging on the ceiling, especially if my child is only jumping on the bed in the afternoon.

Ever since the office took care of it, that WITCH has never complained again and has never banged on the ceiling again.

PESTS-Don't seem to be a problem at all except for the occasional silverfish. I've had a couple of cockroaches come into my apartment, but they came in through my front door.

All and all it was a decent place to live.
