I have lived here for 2 years now and at the beginning it was clean and quiet however the new residents that are moving in have no sense of consideration.
Music is being blasted from apartments and car stereos at all hours, residents on higher level apartments walk like animals always stomping, and they slams doors so hard it can be heard very clearly.
I know the apartments are made up of sheet rock which is not very sound proof but give me a break, have some consideration for others.
The only reason why I have to stay here is because it is the least expensive place I have found in the area.
The management team tries their best to help but sometimes there is really nothing that can be done, just pray for the noisemakers to move.
One thing that is really annoying is that the landscapers sometimes start up their machines as early as 7:45am and that noise is VERY annoying especially since they come to cut and trim once a week.
I guess thats what I have to tolerate living in a growing city and in an apartment.

its the way they built the place thats why its sounds like the people are stomping it wasnt reienforced, they dont even have to slam the door for you to hear it, pls these apartments suck its small crowded and the employees suck, very rude and idiotic employees trust me done even consider this place
