Don't keep valubles in cars! My roommate and neighbor both had their cars broken into on different nights in the span of two months.

Walls and floors seem paper thin, so you have to tolerate a bit of noise. Maintenence is okay, not any problem with them. The office is a little slow with paperwork which can cause problems ? it did for me.
Several stray cats and a bunch of little kids, but nice scenery and new apartments.
