Rude Management

The apartments are average however the management is below average. The manager is never available to speak to residents and when I have, she has been very rude and hostile( as if I was bothering her).

I do not make a lot of money,however I expect to be treated with respect and dignity. In my opinion she is a poor representative of what a manager should be.
