I would not recommend this place to anyone!
I have lived here for over a year now and moved from up north. I was impressed by the rate of rent and the appearance but after living here a while I have come to realize that this place is GHETTO. Yesterday, I saw 2 drug deals in the parking lot. The property is dirty and there is dog poo everywhere. The office staff is okay but the mainenance staff is horrible and rude. I mean they act as if they are the best thing since apple pie but they need to remember that they are unclogging toilets for a living. The neighborhood is beautiful but this apartment makes the neighborhood look horrible. I am embarrassed to tell people the name of my apartment and I rarely invite people over. With drug dealers and loser maintenance, I guess that is what makes the rent affordable. Cars are always damaged and stolen. I cannot wait until my lease is up. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

If you lived here for over a year why did you renew in the first place? The company only allows year leases not more than a year so you were happy at one point to renew. I have lived at Waterford Pointe since 2001 and I have never had a problem, you know as any buisness sometime maintenance is busy and they can not get to your home right away but I bet they always came right? I would recommend Waterford Pointe to anyone who asks.

I live at Waterford Pointe as well and have had similar problems. My car has been broken into and stolen from so much I had to sell it and get an new car. Not more than two weeks after that my new car had it's door pryed open. As far as drug dealers are concerned; I haven't seen any, but I was asked if I had any weed from a resident that lives here. The office staff is nice, they listen to the problems, they just don't do anything about it.

There was a kid sitting on my car when I came out one day. I asked if that was his parents' car. Rudely, he replied - yea. I asked where his mother was and said it was funny that my key happens to fit in the same car. He said "whatever" and got off my car. This has happened a lot with my neighbors as well. The people living in these apartments do not have manners and are raising their children the same. ~ This community sucks - Noise is a big issue as well - paperthin walls.
