I lived here for two years. Management can be very rude at times, depending on what they want/need from you. Maintenance can be slow, but that's because of the people who live there: the definition of ignorance. They leave their food and other trash sitting around EVERYWHERE. When the trash compactor breaks (usually every other week), they pile their trash up in this huge, filthy mound for raccoons to tear into or dump it in the street. Have even encountered used tampons tossed into the road, it's disgusting. Place would be much nicer if it weren't for the ghetto people living there. The apartments themselves are pretty nice, but the walls really are paper thin, so if serenity is your thing you'll not find it here. Ok short term if you don't have a problem with children running around and screaming and lighting fireworks late at night or hearing stomping from your ceiling. There have been vehicle thefts, but never heard of apartments being broken into.

I second the trash comment - It's a bunch of lazy disgusting people who do not care about the community.
