I really like my apartment, especially the price. The kids are a bit noisy, but they're kids...what do you want' Some of the office staff are nice, but the manager has no clue how to speak to people. She's EXTREMELY rude, and very dry. Don't expect maintenance to fix anything...ever, becasue they won't. You have to ask a million times to get anything done, and when you call again and again to request maintenance, you're treated like a pest. If you can ignore all of that, the apartments are in a nice, safe, affordable neighborhood.

Some people/mamagers have their people picked. They prefer certain people to others. I believe all sides......to a certain extent

I agree 100% that the manager at that time was 300% rude. I guess that the favorable review about her being "VERY" nice was from one of her scarce friends trying to do her a favor...She was "nice" if you were there for something simple/routine.
