I moved here in March 2005. At that time, the manager team was attentive and problems were dealt with professionalism. Since around July 2005 the manager was moved to another property and not only the new manager was rude but she was never in the office or was joking with people in her office and didn't even notice people going in the office. After that, approx. 2-3 months ago, the office team was changed again and it is the same nightmare. They have sent me letters of noise complaints and when I ask them how do they know it is me making noise their response is "Because your neighbor says it is from your apartment" that is all it takes for them to accuse a tenant. The last letter was brought to my house by the lease consultant and she rudely said to me "Here is a letter from our lawyers", I feel totally harassed. They have sent me a total of 4 noise complaint letters but still haven't given any kind of proof that it comes from my apt. Another very tense situation was that when we were still 2 weeks away from having to renew our lease on Feb. 2006, we were sent a letter with lawyers'names accusing us of "Breach of Agreement" and threatening us to terminate our lease due to this. When my husband went to the office to tell them that we were still on time to renew our lease, the mgr. told him not to worry about the letter because they do that just to get people to renew early and that way they are able to know who stays and who is leaving. The letter is in our lease record though. The parking is supposed to be for residents but everybody parks there, the mgr. told me to park in the other side of the complex and cut around the lake to get to my building because "They have no way to control the problem" I even volunteered but 3 ideas that I worked with to fix the problem were rejected. The last thing now is that they haven't cleaned the staircase rails since June 2005 and they refuse to do it even though the majority of the people living here are complaining. One of my neighbors told them to get the pressure washer and that he'll do it but as same as me, he was rejected. I have even taken video just in case somebody doesn't believe me. I have been told in the office that the corporate office doesn't want to clean the buildings, rails, breezeways etc... because they are "On Hold". On hold for cleaning and hygiene'''' Once I recommended a friend and she moved away within 5 months she just couldn't take it. I am moving as soon as I can and I sincerely do not recommend anyone here, from my heart, I am not telling everything because this is a limited space but I can tell you, I have cried a lot due to this administration and don't expect the corporate offices of Cameo Professionals to back the tenant in any way, they are even more rude. This is supposed to be a gated community but one of the 2 gates works for 2 weeks and then it open for so long that I swear I forgot my code to open it and I saw other people in the gate trying to open it too because they had forgotten theirs too. Business Center' Still haven't found it!!!
